About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source, qualify and close venture & private equity funds for AngelList Fund Management or Software Suite.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including creating and executing on outbound processes to close a pipeline of customers.
- Collaborate with AngelList’s product, operations, and legal teams to ensure a smooth experience for users.
- Take initiative, learn the product quickly and thoroughly, and bring a growth mindset to work each day.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Over 7 years of experience as an account executive, with Mid Market and Enterprise sales.
- Experience selling into Venture Capital (VC) funds is required, and also working with Private Equity (PE) funds is ideal.
- Demonstrated sales expertise with a strong track record in negotiation and deal closure, managing a complex sales process.
- Proven tenure working at companies of meaningful scale, following a methodical sales process.
- Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners and customers alike.
- Highly driven and motivated to meet and exceed goal, with proven quota attainment.
