Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with agency owners and teams to improve operations, workflows, and performance
Guide teams in using modern agency management systems and technology
Support agencies in developing and empowering their people
Improve the customer experience for agency clients by streamlining workflows
Deliver consulting, training, and advisory services tailored to each agency’s size and stage
Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and real results
Collaborate with our Accounting, CSR, and Advisory teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of five years’ experience working with or for independent insurance agencies
Strong working knowledge of insurance coverage and agency accounting procedures
Proficiency with insurance agency management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Reliable PC with high-speed internet and appropriate security protection
Ability to travel approximately 8–12 days per month as needed
