Provide remote CSR services in both commercial and personal lines to agency clients, operating within AMS360.
Ensure agencies receive accurate, timely, and professional support in managing their daily service needs.
Help agencies operate more efficiently, enhance client satisfaction, and maintain compliance with the industry’s best practices.
Generate and process daily downloads of reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Win or lose, maintain client confidentiality.
A minimum of 30 hours per week, with at least half being within Core Business Hours.
Ensure workflows are documented and updated in teams.
Remain available to clients during regularly scheduled core business hours.
Accurately record time spent on each task and review processor time entries for each client.
Submit timesheets daily, ensuring that all entries include detailed notes.
