About the role
- Follow-up on website inbound leads and attend local and international conferences, all with the goal of adding new properties to our portfolio;
- Become our subject matter expert to communicate and sell the value of our services and the benefits of working with Angel Host;
- Effectively close contracts with qualified leads, guiding them through the final stages of the sales process, addressing objections, and ensuring smooth transitions to onboarding or implementation;
- Position yourself as an industry thought leader in the Europeen and Middle East Vacation Rental Industry by posting content, sharing blog posts, and participating in industry forums and groups;
- Maintain a consistently booked calendar by scheduling meetings with qualified leads, proactively re-engaging with past prospects to revive stalled deals, and confirming appointments to reduce no-shows;
- Focus on optimizing daily call volume to ensure maximum client engagement and drive ongoing sales momentum;
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both prospects and signed clients, focusing on trust, value, and continued engagement beyond the transactional phase;
- Produce listing performance audits and proposals to help educate prospective clients;
- Handle objections with a consultative approach;
- Record all your activity in our CRM system (Hubspot);
- Must be comfortable with ongoing travel;
- Meet or exceed your sales targets.
Requirements
- You have a Business bachelor's degree. Candidates without a degree who have exceptional sales experience or demonstrate exceptional potential will also be considered.
- You have previous experience in b2b sales/business development. Candidates without extensive sales experience but with the right personality, attitude and ambition will be considered.
- You are fully fluent in English, both speaking and writing. You must know how to be concise yet professional.
- You are comfortable with ongoing travel, both locally and internationally.
- You have experience using Hubspot or are familiar with other CRM’s.
- You carry an entrepreneurial spirit and possess the hustle it takes to get in front of the right people, overcome rejection, and always follow up.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills: your presence, tone, and language should build trust.
- You possess strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize them accordingly.
- You have strong initiative: you’re not the type of person who waits for someone to tell you what needs to be done. The words “this isn’t my responsibility” aren’t part of your vocabulary.
- You have the ability and desire to work for a growing, fast company in a startup environment.
- You are comfortable with a flexible work schedule: calls and meetings with Property Managers are sometimes scheduled after 5 pm or on weekends.
