About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead projects in the automotive and digitalization space and coordinate interdisciplinary teams.
Build state-of-the-art knowledge, develop relevant topic areas and actively shape the content direction of the Automotive Practice.
Deliver presentations and moderate workshops and discussions at management level.
Develop practical, actionable solutions for key clients.
Conduct data-driven analyses and derive clear recommendations for action.
Develop project team members, build high performers and contribute to the company’s cultural growth.
Actively drive business development and project acquisition.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree (e.g., Business, Computer Science or similar).
Several years of relevant professional experience in management or strategy consulting.
If holding a Bachelor’s degree: minimum 4–5 years of professional experience.
If holding a Master’s degree: minimum 3–4 years of professional experience.
Solid project experience within consulting, including involvement in business development activities.
Experience structuring complex tasks and delegating responsibility within project teams.
Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage but not required.
Willingness to travel to client sites (multiple times per week; highly dependent on client and project).
Fluent German and English language skills.
