About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead projects in the automotive and digitalization space and coordinate interdisciplinary teams.
  • Build state-of-the-art knowledge, develop relevant topic areas and actively shape the content direction of the Automotive Practice.
  • Deliver presentations and moderate workshops and discussions at management level.
  • Develop practical, actionable solutions for key clients.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses and derive clear recommendations for action.
  • Develop project team members, build high performers and contribute to the company’s cultural growth.
  • Actively drive business development and project acquisition.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree (e.g., Business, Computer Science or similar).
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in management or strategy consulting.
  • If holding a Bachelor’s degree: minimum 4–5 years of professional experience.
  • If holding a Master’s degree: minimum 3–4 years of professional experience.
  • Solid project experience within consulting, including involvement in business development activities.
  • Experience structuring complex tasks and delegating responsibility within project teams.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage but not required.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites (multiple times per week; highly dependent on client and project).
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
