Key responsibilities & impact

Lead projects in the automotive and digitalization domains
Coordinate interdisciplinary teams with a focus on quality, efficiency and accountability for results
Build state-of-the-art knowledge
Deliver presentations and moderate workshops
Develop practical, client-focused solutions for key customers
Mentor and develop project team members and build high performers
Actively drive business development and project acquisition

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree, e.g., Business, Computer Science or similar
Several years of relevant full-time professional experience in management or strategy consulting
Bachelor’s degree: minimum 4–5 years of professional experience
Master’s degree: minimum 3–4 years of professional experience
Solid project experience within consulting
Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage
Willingness to travel to client sites (multiple times per week)
Fluent German and English
