About the role
- Lead projects in the automotive and digitalization domains
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams with a focus on quality, efficiency and accountability for results
- Build state-of-the-art knowledge
- Deliver presentations and moderate workshops
- Develop practical, client-focused solutions for key customers
- Mentor and develop project team members and build high performers
- Actively drive business development and project acquisition
Requirements
- Completed degree, e.g., Business, Computer Science or similar
- Several years of relevant full-time professional experience in management or strategy consulting
- Bachelor’s degree: minimum 4–5 years of professional experience
- Master’s degree: minimum 3–4 years of professional experience
- Solid project experience within consulting
- Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage
- Willingness to travel to client sites (multiple times per week)
- Fluent German and English
