About the role
- Your main responsibility is to approach new B2B partners through direct field sales.
- Your customer portfolio covers three sectors: grocery retail, petrol stations and housing associations.
- Concretely: you will spend approximately 3–4 days per week in the field in your assigned region.
- You are responsible for your customers from the initial contact through to contract signing.
- You develop tailored solutions for your regional partners, taking local conditions into account.
- You also represent your employer at regional industry events, trade fairs and conferences.
- Last but not least: you build and expand your network of relevant contacts within your region.
- Using your ideas and sales talent, you will help drive your employer’s rapid growth forward.
Requirements
- Fluent German; English is a plus.
- Residence in Hamburg.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales or B2B direct acquisition.
- Experience in selling services.
- Solid experience in contract negotiation.
- Willingness to travel approximately 3–4 days per week within your assigned region.
- A valid driver’s license.
