About the role

  • Your main responsibility is to approach new B2B partners through direct field sales.
  • Your customer portfolio covers three sectors: grocery retail, petrol stations and housing associations.
  • Concretely: you will spend approximately 3–4 days per week in the field in your assigned region.
  • You are responsible for your customers from the initial contact through to contract signing.
  • You develop tailored solutions for your regional partners, taking local conditions into account.
  • You also represent your employer at regional industry events, trade fairs and conferences.
  • Last but not least: you build and expand your network of relevant contacts within your region.
  • Using your ideas and sales talent, you will help drive your employer’s rapid growth forward.

Requirements

  • Fluent German; English is a plus.
  • Residence in Hamburg.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales or B2B direct acquisition.
  • Experience in selling services.
  • Solid experience in contract negotiation.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 3–4 days per week within your assigned region.
  • A valid driver’s license.
