Solution Engineers at Anecdotes have a unique position within the GRC space, functioning as subject matter experts whilst holding a business centric role
Perform deep-dive, technical demonstrations of anecdotes product capabilities, tailoring demo flows to prospective customer needs and clearly articulating product value proposition
Defining technical validation criteria with prospective customers and ensuring that these are effectively met by engineering suitable product environments
Functioning as a subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle
Communicating product value proposition to internal, customer facing stakeholders and propagating the ideal narrative
Working closely with product marketing in order to effectively position anecdotes against competitors
Collaborating with the product department to share market feedback, use cases and customers’ needs following interaction with prospects
Effectively handing off new customers to the Customer Success team
Requirements
Experience with the GRC product ecosystem
Experience in performing highly technical product demonstrations for enterprise organizations
Deep knowledge of modern tech-stacks, including CSPs and common SaaS tools
Deep knowledge of various industry standards and frameworks
Strong people skills and ability to deliver complex messaging in a clear and logical manner
Experienced sales engineer/pre-sales/solutions architect with a strong GRC related background
