Customer Service Agent

Key responsibilities & impact- Handling a large volume of calls
- Conducting telephone screening on a variety of both inbound/outbound calls
- Engaging in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of the customers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be available from Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm.
- Must have a quiet, home office space that is free of distractions a plus.
- Strong communication skills
- Computer navigation skills
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older,
- Eligible to work in the US,
- Must be willing to consent to a background check.
