About the role

Provide substantial expertise for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and other M365/Azure configuration and data management tools.
Partner with the customer’s technical team for requirements analysis, solution design, technical architecture, implementation, and delivery.
Assess suitability for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions.
Engage with M365 and Power Platform practitioners for knowledge sharing and provide support and guidance to users and customer leadership.
Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft products using best practices.
Define, refine, manipulate, and cleanse datasets within authorized data platforms (Microsoft data structures, RDS, SQL) for visualization and reporting.
Construct and deliver dashboards and visualizations using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Evaluate and support Microsoft environment, plan and test migrations, and update solutions to operate in new cloud environments.
Design and develop SharePoint solutions using CSOM, REST, JavaScript, and OData.
Perform system administration tasks and leverage Power Platform to integrate with external APIs for automation and data flow.

At least 5 years of experience developing and supporting solutions which address a range of business needs including portals, workflow, forms, collaboration sites, document management, or business reports.
3 years of experience utilizing tools that include Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
Ability to leverage database systems including data warehouses, data marts, and models needed for business, financial, and operational analysis and/or reporting.
Experience performing system administration tasks, migrations, and other M365 technical tasks within the M365 environment.
Familiar with and able to make use of open-source industry standards (i.e., RDS, SQL) and common data platforms.
Experience with standard web technologies, such as CSOM, REST, JavaScript, and OData.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Position of Trust clearance. (Green card holders do not meet this requirement.)
Bachelor’s Degree required.
