Proposal Manager

• Lead full-cycle proposal development, from kick-off to submission ensuring, compliance and quality.
• Contribute as a writer on proposals and collaborate with Andworx leadership, SMEs, and stakeholders throughout the process to be a part of the proposal development team.
• Review and analyze federal government RFPs, RFQs, SSNs, and RFIs to capture key information and develop compliant outlines and templates.
• Manage proposal start-up activities, including kick-off meetings and timeline creation.
• Compile relevant materials from internal resources to streamline content creation for authors.
• Develop compliance matrices and coordinate color reviews to ensure agency requirements are met.
• Develop, maintain, and update our proposal building blocks, past performance library, and graphics repository.
