Lead the qualification, negotiation, and closure of large-scale, complex deals while ensuring alignment with customer mission outcomes.

Work with internal business lines and technical teams to connect our offerings to the customer’s mission and influence product roadmaps.
Maintain rigorous Salesforce CRM hygiene and provide input for demand planning, ensuring clear action items and follow-ups on every opportunity.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience as a growth leader with a technical mindset to build and implement innovative approaches—including shaping and capturing complex Command and Control hardware and software programs, with recent interactions with SOF AT&L, PEO SDA, and PEO TIS.
Strong background in defense acquisitions with a track record of zero-to-one program growth within SOF AT&L.
In-depth understanding of government contracting, fielding, requirements generation, and budgeting to transition prototype capabilities to production.
Experience addressing the technical, programmatic, and operational challenges of deploying unmanned systems in Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, and Low-bandwidth (DDIL) networking environments.
A minimum of 10 years in sales, business development, program management, acquisitions, and sales capture within the government sector.
Must be willing to travel up to 50%, both within the U.S. (CONUS) and internationally (OCONUS), as business demands.
Possess an extensive network of Government and industry relationships specific to USSOCOM; strong client management; proven ability in strategic account planning, pipeline development, federal business capture (including selling C2/C4ISR hardware solutions), and demonstrable communication, writing, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
