Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience working in Compensation in roles
Experience with job architecture, leveling guides and market analytics
Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and trends into insights and recommendations
Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive success on multiple projects
