Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven leadership experience (10+ years) in business development, capture, or commercial roles, within the defense, aerospace, or complex technology sectors.
Demonstrated track record as both a strategic leader and hands-on operator, with experience personally driving capture and customer engagement while providing country-level leadership.
Prior industry or military experience is essential.
Deep understanding of the Polish defense customer base, regulatory environment, and government engagement processes. Robust knowledge of Polish legal frameworks as they relate to defense and technology projects.
Fluency in Polish and English (written and verbal) is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Ability to travel 50-75% within Poland and internationally (including to the US) as required.
Eligible to obtain and maintain work authorization in Poland.
