Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and monitor company IT infrastructures, including servers, network (switches), and backup systems
  • Ensure security and integrity of Microsoft systems
  • Manage VMware environment for server virtualization
  • Maintain corporate backup systems via Veeam
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level Help Desk support
  • Implement infrastructure solutions for complex issues
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and manage critical issues
  • Manage and resolve IT support tickets
  • Support AS400 system maintenance
  • Lead ERP implementation and migration projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in structured companies
  • Microsoft security expertise
  • Server management experience
  • Knowledge of network devices (switches)
  • Backup management via Veeam
  • Familiarity with VMware environments
  • Experience in 1st and 2nd level Help Desk support
  • Good knowledge of the AS400 system for managing ERP
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Computer Engineering (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of English
