About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise and support local management team, business leaders, and employees on all HR related matters
Collaborate with local management and business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational objectives
Provide professional HR advice including personnel development, recruitment & selection, and employment conditions
Develop strong bonds with employees to understand needs and facilitate effective tool rollout
Responsible for administration of all employees with contracts in ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel BV
Join Local Management Team meetings to guide direction
Develop and provide reports and KPI’s related to HR to management
Advise on employment law matters and support developing local HR procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology
Experience in a similar position in a global business/multinational company environment
Relevant experience in engineering companies is a plus
Skilled in MS Office
Fluent communicator in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Intercultural awareness
Discipline on execution
Negotiation skills
Strong leadership presence with excellent interpersonal skills
Availability for business travel, mainly within Europe
