- Support equipment testing/demo at applications lab
- Provide training for on-site operators and maintenance personnel
- Prepare technical reports for site visits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical expertise on material handling products and services
- Ability to evaluate systems and processes
- Experience in equipment design
- Skills in customer relationship management
- Ability to resolve customer issues effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to travel for site support and evaluations.
- Experience in Pulp & Paper industry preferred.
