About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the growth and profitability of the competitive refining, screening, and cleaning service portfolio (OEM and non‑OEM)
  • Analyze market conditions, competitor offerings, and ANDRITZ positioning to identify growth opportunities
  • Drive innovation, optimization, and service differentiation across the product line
  • Provide technical and commercial leadership to the sales organization (equipment and services)
  • Support proposal development, product costing, pricing strategy, and margin optimization
  • Partner with Refining/Screening/Cleaning Manager, Site Managers, and Regional Managers to align commercial strategy
  • Support reverse engineering efforts, service sourcing, and parts development for competitive equipment
  • Collaborate with regional and global product teams on new service offerings, product enhancements, and R&D initiatives
  • Participate in service execution, system optimization, and customer site support as required
  • Influence production and purchasing decisions to ensure competitiveness and profitability
  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting with input from sales and management teams
  • Contribute to long‑ and short‑term strategic planning, including sales objectives and training needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to solve mechanical and process‑related challenges
  • Proven experience in industrial sales, service, or technical leadership roles
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision‑making abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
