About the role

  • Facilitating sales by establishing a strong relationship with colleagues in Sales, Product Management, Quality and Engineering
  • Providing accurate proposals in time and quality that meet customer needs and expectations
  • Effectively interacting with other functions and customers to ensure targets are achieved
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications of pumps and related equipment
  • Proactive, Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
  • Experience with hydraulic selection tools is an advantage
  • Experience using CRM tools, proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience with order execution of technical projects and SAP is valuable

Requirements

  • A degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline is required
  • Previous experience in the field of centrifugal pumps, other rotating equipment or flow control machinery is desired
  • Background in machinery and mechanical systems; additional knowledge in electrical and automation is a plus
  • Data-driven, fact-based decision making
  • Ability to work efficiently across digital platforms
  • Capability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and navigate in a multicultural environment
  • Systematic, independent and energetic working approach, eager to do more
  • Strong customer orientation with a solution-focused mindset
  • English fluency (must-have)
  • Spanish (must-have)
  • French or other languages (advantage)
  • Availability to travel up to 20% of time
