About the role

  • Drive pump sales and maximize Order Intake (OI) for standard and special engineered pumps water & industrial projects across North America.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate key accounts, engineering firms, EPCs, and end users.
  • Lead proposal development, including technical and commercial components, and manage submissions and customer discussions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams.
  • Use CRM and SAP for tracking opportunities, orders, and customer updates.
  • Deliver technical presentations and training sessions.
  • Work with global teams to align technical and business solutions.
  • Ensure synergies with the local ANDRITZ organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 8–10 years' experience in engineered pumps sales, covering both standard and special engineered water & industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Water business.
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications of pumps and related equipment.
  • Experience with hydraulic selection tools is an advantage.
  • Experience using CRM tools, SAP, proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Proven ability to work cross-culturally with global teams in Europe and manufacturing plants.
  • Independent and structured way of working.
  • Excellent communication and team-playing skills.
  • English fluency (must-have).
