About the role

  • Develop opportunities to increase sales by identifying, researching, and contacting potential customers in Brazil and globally.
  • Build new customer relationships and strengthen existing ones, enabling identification of customer needs, business models, and purchasing processes in collaboration with ANDRITZ global businesses.
  • Drive sales activities, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining and strengthening customer relationships to generate future and repeat business.
  • Negotiate with customers from sale to order and ensure a smooth handover to project management.
  • Report sales activities and pipeline status to divisional management.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and actively manage opportunities using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or related fields).
  • Hands-on experience in selling complex plants or industrial solutions.
  • Fluent English, ideally with experience in international teams.
  • Good computer skills (e.g., Microsoft 365, CRM – user-level).
