About the role
- Preparation and updating of project schedules;
- Ensure alignment of schedule structure, scope and deadlines between departments;
- Ensure standardization of all schedules in accordance with ANDRITZ regulations;
- Follow-up on all phases and activities of the schedule(s);
- Preparation of progress reports for client reporting;
- Development of project dashboards in Power BI (S-curve, KPIs);
- Support to the Project Manager on all matters related to time management;
- Interface with internal departments and the client (update meetings / follow-ups);
- Monitor the execution of project activities with the responsible departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering;
- Postgraduate degree in Project Management / Production Management - desirable;
- MS Project - advanced;
- Primavera - desirable;
- Power BI - desirable;
- Intermediate English - desirable;
- Proven experience in hydropower projects.
