About the role

  • Control and manage project documents with a focus on the schedule.
  • Analyze supplier proposals (services and materials) for approval by the MPS Coordinator/System Engineer.
  • Support coordination meetings and Basic Design Reviews with designers and suppliers.
  • Assist in the preparation of ETCs (technical purchasing specifications) with the project coordinator.
  • Assist with Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and monitor negotiations by systems engineers and buyers to maintain budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor purchase processes and participate in national procurement strategies and the importation of materials/equipment.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, with emphasis on building and/or industrial installations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • English (a plus).
