About the role

  • Perform organizational and administrative tasks such as appointment management, minute taking, archiving and filing
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare internal and external quotations, obtain quotes from suppliers and process purchase requisitions
  • Create projects and process service billing for projects and orders in SAP

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education at Matura level (HAK, HLW, or equivalent)
  • Very good command of German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 5%)
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of commitment
