About the role
- Independent management of national and international service projects in the large pumps sector
- Work within project execution teams for major projects with assigned responsibilities within the team
- Coordination and interface with customers, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning
- Project planning and controlling (project progress, costs and schedules)
- Project reporting and documentation to divisional management
- Ongoing risk assessment and definition of mitigation measures
- Support in preparing offers (technical, cost estimation and commercial) for tenders and coordination of internal departments
- Support in contract drafting and participation in negotiations
Requirements
- Completed technical education in mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering/business (technical college/HTL, university of applied sciences/FH, or university)
- Several years of professional experience in executing technical service projects, ideally in the large pumps segment
- Knowledge of project management (schedule/cost controlling, contract law, claims management)
- Experience with SAP
- Business-fluent German and English
- Willingness to travel, flexibility and high level of commitment
- Independent, structured and precise working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
