About the role
- Lead the transition from sales to execution, ensuring the financial, technical and operational setup of complex contracts;
- Represent the company in strategic negotiations with clients, partners and consortia;
- Manage the full commercial cycle (invoicing, cash flow, POC (Proof of Concept), compliance), ensuring policy adherence and risk mitigation;
- Develop financial and foreign-exchange strategies, monitoring costs and profitability;
- Manage claims and incidents, safeguarding the company’s interests;
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and partners, ensuring balance and risk reduction;
- Oversee critical processes (tax, deliveries, logistics) with governance and predictability;
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting high performance;
- Support strategic decisions with technical, financial and commercial analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics;
- MBA or specialization in Business Management, Contracts, or Project Management;
- Solid experience in commercial management of complex contracts and multidisciplinary projects;
- Proven track record in strategic negotiation and financial analysis within commercial contract management;
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Excel (Power BI is a plus);
- Advanced English;
- Spanish desirable;
- Ability to operate in matrixed structures and influence stakeholders.
