About the role
- Coordinate the preparation of proposals, including technical definition, execution strategy, detailed budgeting, and planning
- Lead negotiations, clarify proposals, and ensure contractual compliance, strengthening client relationships
- Manage the proposal approval process with Andritz headquarters
- Identify, assess, and report risks and opportunities to maximize project outcomes
- Lead the transition from proposal to execution, ensuring alignment across departments and fulfillment of agreed requirements
- Monitor KPIs, ensure strategy execution, and drive improvements in processes and resource utilization
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Advanced English
- Intermediate Spanish
- Knowledge of risk and contract analysis
- Experience in power generation or power distribution
