About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters
- Prepare and approve Inspection and Test Plans (PITs), specifications, and quality schedules
- Support and guide inspections at suppliers and manufacturing sites
- Issue and track Non-Conformity Reports (RNCs), perform root cause analyses (RCA) and implement corrective actions
- Review and approve final quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental and health standards
- Support clients during inspections and audits
- Support the implementation of the Global Management System.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or Mechatronics
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and procedures applied to mechanical, metallurgical and electrical manufacturing
- Experience in supplier inspection and qualification
- Preparation of Inspection and Test Plans (PITs) for generator systems, turbines, hydromechanical systems and automation
- Participation in and follow-up of project meetings as the quality focal point
- Deployment of PITs to suppliers
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Advanced Excel and Power BI (desirable)
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (DMAIC, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban) – desirable.
