About the role

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining sales documentation, such as proposals, contracts, presentations and reports;
  • Provide support and liaise with other departments, such as Engineering, Estimating and Legal, to ensure the necessary flow of information;
  • Participate in preparing technical-commercial proposals by helping collect data, format documents and ensure compliance with client specifications;
  • Support the Estimating team with data and preliminary studies, which may involve analysis using tools like Excel;
  • Assist with recording and tracking sales opportunities in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system;
  • Support the preparation of meetings and follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Actively participate in trainings and team meetings to acquire knowledge about ANDRITZ Hydro products, the market and sales strategies;
  • Perform related duties inherent to the role as directed by the supervisor, with a focus on continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
