About the role
- Organizing the implementation of global processes within local units
- Ensuring global objectives are achieved in alignment with local quality goals
- Adapting inspections and their documentation
- Collaborating with the DQM and local responsible parties
- Supporting and conducting internal and external audits
Requirements
- Technical education (minimum: technician with additional qualification or higher)
- Experience in special-purpose and heavy machinery manufacturing
- Process experience (quality management, auditing) and knowledge of ISO 9001, VDA 6.4, and other product-specific standards
- Familiarity with methods such as 5W, 8D, DMAIC and experience with SAP
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and assertiveness
- Ability to work under pressure and a structured way of working
- Fluent written and spoken English
