About the role
- Revenue responsibility and account management for customers located in the assigned territory of ANDRITZ Fabrics and Rolls
- Present products via presentations
- Ongoing customer service (roll inspections) and customer support
- Continuous contact with customers to prepare and support upcoming optimization and troubleshooting measures
- Active acquisition of new customers
- Complaint management and problem resolution
Requirements
- Education: Relevant degree (paper production, chemistry, mechanical engineering)
- Or completed technical training (IHK technician / business administrator)
- Or experienced works foreman
- Solid practical experience in paper production and technical understanding of the entire process
- Ideally several years of service and/or sales experience
- Confident use of common MS Office applications
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
