About the role

  • Planning, coordinating, organizing and evaluating virtual, hybrid and in-person events for employees and managers
  • Serving as a point of contact for trainers, training providers, participants and managers within the scope of personnel and leadership development
  • Analyzing trends in personnel development, modern learning formats and didactics
  • Gaining insight into different aspects of HR and organizational development at ANDRITZ Schuler
  • Individual onboarding and exposure to various cross-functional interface functions

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Social Sciences or a related field
  • Strong customer and solution orientation, an independent and structured way of working, and a pronounced sense of responsibility (organizational talent)
  • Excellent communication skills, a confident presence and enjoyment in interacting with different stakeholders
  • Preferred: Initial experience in training management, continuing education or in a commercial/administrative department
