- In this key role you will manage a portfolio worth over €20 million within a business unit that generates 50% of the company's global revenue.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience growing complex business units, ideally within Specialty Pharma (immunology/oncology) or specialty chemicals.
- Mastery of pull-marketing at both scientific and strategic levels.
- Diplomatic: You are a seasoned diplomat who manages international distributors and coordinates internal stakeholders in medical, regulatory, and finance functions.
- Intercultural competence: Fluent English and significant international experience are essential to navigate the diverse business cultures in Asia and the Middle East.
