About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and own your region's marketing and commercial strategies independently.
- Enable patients in regions such as Asia and the Middle East to access groundbreaking therapies.
- Manage a portfolio valued at over €20M within a business unit that generates 50% of the company's global revenue.
- Collaborate with a high-performance team of experts and remain actively engaged when not traveling (approx. 20% international travel).
- Ensure seamless integration into regional decision-making processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience driving growth in complex business areas, ideally within Specialty Pharma (Immunology/Oncology) or specialty chemicals.
- Master's degree (or equivalent).
