About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You don't simply manage a portfolio.

- Based on that, you develop tailored care and engagement concepts.
- You engage with the medical leadership of intensive care, anesthesia and transplant surgery with the highest level of professional expertise.
- You confidently bring all these threads together and create strategic consensus for the use of life‑saving therapies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in a natural science or in medicine provides your foundation.
- Alternatively, you hold the qualification according to Section 75 of the German Medicines Act (AMG) combined with an excellent track record.
- You know the demanding hospital business in the Rx sector inside out.
- Prior experience in intensive care medicine, immunology or oncology is a strong plus.
- You possess strong strategic acumen.
- Your place of residence is ideally in Hamburg, Schleswig‑Holstein or Mecklenburg‑Vorpommern.
