About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • In-depth brand development: Managing and further developing prescription medicines in a clearly regulated, specialized market
  • Strategy & execution: From positioning and campaigns to sales-support materials – responsible for the entire product lifecycle
  • Interface management: Close collaboration with Medical Affairs, Sales, Field Force, Market Access and international teams
  • Target audiences in focus: Understanding the needs of specialists, pharmacists and patients – and developing measures that deliver real added value
  • Data-driven management: Using market analysis, competitive intelligence and KPIs for continuous optimization
  • Support of product launches: Strategic and operational shaping of launches – from planning to go-to-market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in natural sciences or economics/business, ideally with a pharmaceutical focus
  • Initial professional experience in pharma marketing / product management in the Rx sector
  • Understanding of medical-scientific content and regulatory requirements
  • Structured, independent working style and strong team orientation
  • Enthusiasm for strategic brand management and operational implementation
  • Excellent German and English skills
