About the role
- Development and implementation of integrated media strategies (including print, TV/CTV/ATV, digital, OOH, social media)
- Leadership and management of external media and digital agencies, including contract negotiations
- Planning and monitoring of all communications activities: analytical, performance-oriented, target-group focused
- Further development and optimization of brand websites (SEO, UX, content), including reporting & analytics
- Responsibility for and creative execution of social media presence (including Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Management of digital campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, SEA, etc.) and continuous conversion optimization
- Close collaboration with Brand Management, Data Protection, Sales & Business Development
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in brand communication
- Deep understanding of media planning, digital communication and content marketing
- Experience in managing complex campaigns and leading agencies
- Passion for brands and communication, interest in healthcare topics
- Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality and strategic mindset
- Very good German and English skills (min. C1)
- Willingness to travel (conferences, meetings, etc.) and enjoyment of teamwork in a respectful environment
