About the role
- Finance as a strategic management tool
- Own responsibility for analysis, planning and implementation
- Trusted sparring partner to the holding CFO on M&A, due diligence and strategic financial planning
- Analyze and optimize financial performance; identify opportunities for improvement
- Design and further develop KPI systems and management/control instruments
- Project ownership in finance transformation and digitalization
- Drive and implement measures to increase efficiency and profitability
- Provide initiative and support for month-end and year-end closings as well as special projects
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance or Controlling
- Experience in controlling, ideally in high-growth companies, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing or similar
- Experience in supply chain management is an advantage
- Strategic-analytical mindset combined with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong communicator, confident when engaging with C-level executives and stakeholders
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of a fast-paced environment, responsibility and shaping the business
- Business-fluent in German and English
