About the role
- Develop and own product and brand strategies for the German market
- Manage and further develop prescription-only medicines in a tightly regulated, specialized market
- Work closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Field Force, Market Access and international teams
- Use market analyses, competitive intelligence and KPIs for continuous optimization
- Contribute strategically and operationally to product launches – from planning to go-to-market
Requirements
- Degree in natural sciences or business administration, ideally with a pharmaceutical focus
- Initial professional experience in pharma marketing / product management in the Rx sector
- Understanding of medical-scientific content and regulatory requirements
- Structured, independent working style and strong team orientation
- Enthusiasm for strategic brand management and operational execution
- Excellent German and English skills
- Responsible role with substantial scope for shaping and clear market relevance
