About the role

  • Support client relationship owners in delivering high‑quality service
  • Participate in client meetings and assist with follow‑up actions
  • Monitor SLAs and escalate issues appropriately
  • Assist in identifying potential upsell/cross‑sell opportunities
  • Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases
  • Assist in developing functional specifications and data mapping
  • Demonstrate system functionality to internal teams
  • Support release planning and coordination
  • Execute test plans for monthly releases and client enhancements
  • Validate system changes and document defects
  • Perform initial root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams
  • Support QA/BA team members through shared testing responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plans
  • Participate in internal and external project workstreams
  • Assist in project planning, documentation, and risk tracking
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (QA, Development, Operations, Finance)
  • Support and act as Project Owner client initiatives, providing coordination, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution, if needed
  • Present monthly/quarterly updates on account performance, client health, and growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in business process, client account, or operational management, preferably in the life insurance or financial services industry
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in non qualified deferred compensation including: SERPS, DCPs, and Split Dollar
  • Six Sigma certification a plus
  • LOMA ALMI/FLMI or equivalent industry experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed
