About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, motivate, and support warehouse associates during shift operations
Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure productivity targets are met
Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members
Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activities
Ensure accuracy of inventory transactions and order fulfillment
Monitor equipment usage and coordinate maintenance as needed
Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and audits
Conduct safety inspections and report hazards
Communicate daily performance metrics to supervisors

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
2–5 years of warehouse experience
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory practices
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
