💰 $17 - $26 per hour

About the role

  • To provide support within the fast-paced events & retail marketing teams.
  • Interact with prospective customer base, planning, execution and tracking and fulfillment of marketing materials.
  • Coordinate the showroom schedule, as well as driving traffic to RbA showroom locations.
  • Demonstrate mastery of key brand details with customers regarding RbA products and the sales process.
  • Fulfill appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines.
  • Support the Event & Retail department independently in various capacities including but not limited to: Researching & confirming events/retail stores for the company to participate in, Coach & train marketing representatives, Maintain CORO KPI expectations month after month with lead generation, Set up/tear down of retail showrooms and event booths/floorplans, Set up, track and report on marketing efforts and ensure they are properly entered, Assisting Event & Retail Manager and showroom team with special request, as needed in RbA CRM.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required OR minimum 2 years of experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and/or time-dependent activities
  • Flexibility, cooperation, customer focus, and open to changes in work schedules, processes, and team participation.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation to job sites throughout the region
  • Event/Retail Marketing experience preferred.
  • Leadership/Coaching experience required
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to complete projects with little assistance from others
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
