  • Engage with candidates through phone, email, social media, and more.
  • Source candidates through various platforms who are interested in a traveling therapy career.
  • Present candidates as a potential match, highlighting their strengths and alignment with our mission.
  • Collaborate with therapists to create meaningful work opportunities that help everyone succeed!
  • Initiate phone calls to candidates, including prospecting and fast follow-up with job board applicants.
  • Utilize a variety of recruiting tools to develop a growing pipeline of potential traveler therapy candidates including an internal database, referrals, etc.
  • Develop relationships and influence candidates regarding the job market.
  • Influence potential traveler candidates on the benefits of employment with travel and assignment to Anders Group’s clients.
  • Create candidates’ compensation packages and guide potential traveler candidate profiles to submit to Anders Group’s clients including all necessary documentation.
  • Continuing building relationships with Travelers while on assignment to maintain customer service.
  • Identify, address and plan for “red flag” concerns with or about Travelers on assignment to ensure everyone is set up for success.
  • Post jobs on Anders Group outlets.

Requirements

  • Travel Therapy/Allied Healthcare Staffing or Therapist experience preferred
  • Associates/Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Experience in sales or service industry preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook.
  • Sales mentality with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
