About the role

  • Own the Salesforce project process: create records, route for approval, track milestones, and perform end-to-end audits for accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform assorted data analyses to support decision-making (e.g., sales performance, gross profit trends, billing and payroll reconciliations) and deliver actionable reports.
  • Manage state business registrations and Nursing Pool licenses; track renewal calendars and maintain documentation.
  • Serve as trained backup for Billing & Payroll; follow documented workflows to ensure continuity during coverage needs.
  • Research and apply federal and state requirements relevant to healthcare staffing compliance; maintain licensure portfolio with Business and Nursing Pool licenses.
  • Perform data analyses for sales, gross profit, billing and payroll; build reports and visuals for leadership.
  • Provide trained backup coverage for Billing & Payroll; assist with investigation and mitigation of issues.
  • Create and maintain accurate account, facility, deal sheet, and job records in Salesforce (CRM).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.
  • +1 years of experience in Travel Healthcare Staffing Operations
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-organizationally and shift focus as needed; excellent written and verbal communication.
