About the role

  • Virtual CFO Intern role starting in June and running to the end of July, with opportunity to continue into August and Fall 2026
  • Prepare financial statements for clients
  • Be responsible for bank reconciliations, bill processing, and payroll journal entries
  • Create pre-paid schedules in Excel
  • Become familiar with Quickbooks Online, Bill.com, and CCH Axcess

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an accounting curriculum at the junior level or higher (Graduating May 2027 or earlier), with preferred candidates in their Senior or Masters year
  • Plan to pursue CPA
  • Minimum 25+ hour work week required
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without requiring sponsorship
