Processing benefits via monthly payroll.
Prepare End of Year reporting and be the key contact for payroll-related audit queries.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Act as the subject matter expert on all UK payroll legislation, ensuring strict compliance with HMRC, RTI (Real Time Information) submissions, and Auto-Enrolment pension regulations.
Manage and deliver the end-to-end processing of our monthly payroll for approximately 600 employees via ADP (processing client)
Processing benefits via monthly payroll
Good understanding of the payroll and benefits systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
End of Year reporting and key contact for payroll related audit queries
Naturally curious about data structures, automation, and root-cause analysis.
Absolute trustworthiness, data ethics, and emotional intelligence.
