  • Manage and deliver the end-to-end processing of our monthly payroll for approximately 600 employees via ADP (processing client)
  • Act as the subject matter expert on all UK payroll legislation, ensuring strict compliance with HMRC, RTI submissions, and Auto-Enrolment pension regulations.
  • Processing benefits via monthly payroll.
  • Prepare End of Year reporting and be the key contact for payroll-related audit queries.
  • Bring strong expertise in your craft, alongside a willingness to keep learning.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Act as the subject matter expert on all UK payroll legislation, ensuring strict compliance with HMRC, RTI (Real Time Information) submissions, and Auto-Enrolment pension regulations.
  • Manage and deliver the end-to-end processing of our monthly payroll for approximately 600 employees via ADP (processing client)
  • Processing benefits via monthly payroll
  • Good understanding of the payroll and benefits systems
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
  • End of Year reporting and key contact for payroll related audit queries
  • Naturally curious about data structures, automation, and root-cause analysis.
  • Absolute trustworthiness, data ethics, and emotional intelligence.
