About the role
- Responsible for finding and assessing the suitability of experienced tech candidates for AND Digital.
Requirements
- Experience of recruiting within the tech space (ideally some experience working contract/affiliate roles in an agency environment)
- The ability to recruit across the whole tech landscape, ideally with a specialist field in contract technical roles
- Experience of hiring at pace, both sourcing and headhunting talent across a variety of locations and levels
- Process oriented mindset along with strong administration experience
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing strategies i.e. Linkedin Recruiter
- Good stakeholder management experience including working with key stakeholders to overcome recruitment challenges and provide regular market insight.
- Ability to build good relationships with lots of different ANDi’s across clubs.
