About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of Salesforce specialists to define best case marketing use cases and requirements on data
Own the delivery plan for a detailed definition of a Salesforce Data360 implementation, leading workshops with clients to define requirements, priorities and data needs
Own dependency management across programmes and technical initiatives to ensure aligned delivery
Support the internal team in analysing existing data quality and identify gaps that prevent key marketing use cases to be delivered
Support CDP vendor selection (currently expected to be Data360) through requirements definition and scoring frameworks
Support definition of the CDP data maturity roadmap, from initial datasets through to a full Customer 360 view
Support in establishing integration approaches to enable seamless audience activation across channels
Develop and manage a phased rollout plan with clear country-level milestones
Lead business change planning, including training and enablement across markets

What you’ll need

Proven experience delivering Salesforce enabled marketing programmes or customer data transformation programmes
Strong understanding of customer data architecture for marketing enablement and data governance
Salesforce Expert
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
Experience in multi-market rollout and change management
