Provide end-to-end architectural leadership across business, application, data and technology domains
Lead design authority activities
Develop target architectures
Identify cross-programme dependencies
Establish architectural principles
Shape AND Digital’s long-term technology strategy
Ensure programme-level design coherence
Operate and mature the Architecture Review Board (ARB)
Lead development of the As-Is and To-Be architecture
Produce a strategic enterprise roadmap aligned to transformation objectives
Rapidly assess design questions and provide authoritative recommendations
Coach newly hired architects to uplift capability
Document enterprise-level decisions and architecture standards
