Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrable experience working as a User Researcher in the public sector.
Be able to direct research methodologies, research strategy, etc.
Needs to be able to deal with uncertainty and adaptability.
Need to be able to work with others effectively as part of a team.
Passion for conducting inclusive and robust research.
Ability to define appropriate research activities to help meet strategic objectives and deliver products and services.
Creative and engaging approach to presenting research findings to a variety of audiences.
Knowledge of the technologies used to build and operate digital services, including innovative and emergent technologies.
Experience of working to the GDS standards, across multiple stages of the delivery lifecycle.
Public sector knowledge or experience in particular the GDS standards.
Understanding of agile approaches and experience of working in agile teams.
Experience of research in a policy context.
Understanding and experience of the GDS Process.
